A couple of weeks ago, the US Consulate issued us what is called an "Article 5". This is a fancy way of saying "The United States is finished with all of the paperwork for this adoption".
Well, now we have Travel Approval!
Travel Approval is China's way of saying "We're done!"
Guess what I say?!?!
WOO HOOO!!!!
